AMS Instructor Dustin English with the April 12 day mountaineering Course, checked in from the Pika Glacier today. The group has been having great weather and plans to switch to night travel for the remainder of the course. Because of hot temperatures during the day, traveling on the glacier and climbing is better at night due to firmer snow conditions.
Instructors Dustin and
Adam Fabricant are teaching great courses and the students are learning and climbing a lot. The weather has been amazing and they are really happy.
