DENALI WEST BUTTRESS 4/27 - CORN

The AMS April 27 Denali, West Buttress team lead by Dan Corn and Noah Roncowski moved to high camp, 17,200' yesterday.  They made it to camp in 8.5 hours, which is a very good time.  They are taking a rest today, and enjoying their down time, all are in good spirits and are doing well.

It is a windy up higher on the mountain so they watching the weather and will be feeling ready to move anytime.  They have built some super fortified snow walls, which will keep any wind from moving their tent around too much. So they are prepared for any and all weather.

They are enjoying all that the early season climb as has to offer, as they currently the only team at high camp, a rare and beautiful thing.
