Denali West Buttress - 5/5: Orrmond, 5/9:Torkelson, 4/27: Corn

AMS guide Pat Ormond Just called in from 11K.

He said that everyone was doing great and getting even stronger as they were going up.

They had a really good carry today to 13.5K, on the other side of Windy Corner.  They will most likely take a rest day tomorrow and then try to move to 14K the following day.

Pat said that AMS Guide Tom Torkelson and his team had just rolled into 11K camp today.

He also said that he heard chatter on the radio from AMS guide Dan Corn and it sounded like his team was moving up to high camp.

Pat said that it is another perfect day today.  Nice temps and zero wind.
