Denali, West Butress, 6/8 custom Duncan: with guides Postle, Arnot

Our June 8 Denali West Buttress Team with Kevin Duncan and AMS Guides Mark Postle and Melissa Arnot have decided to reschedule their climb for another year.  Due to various reasons, including the weather pattern of storms currently upon Alaska they decided to wait to climb Denali.

The weather pattern so far this year has been extra challenging for those both on and off of of the mountain with several un-flyable days, winds and snow between small windows of nice weather.

We will miss climbing with Kevin this year, but it sure has been nice having him with us this week in Talkeetna at the AMS HQ.

We wish this team the best for the rest of the summer; it will no doubt be full of adventure!
