Janes, 12 Day Mountaineering Course 6/3

Instructor Mike Janes with the 12 day Moutnaineering Course that begaon on June 3 just called in from the field. 

The students are doing great,  they are in great spirits and enjoying their time on the Pika Glacier.  They experience a snow storm which weathered them in, which is a great learning expereince!  They group is camped at the base of the Throne.  Yesterday they rocked climbed on Hobbit and practiced fixed line ascension.  The students also worked on route finding on the glacier.

All are doing well and having a good time!
