Instructors Alex Stroud and Mike Gardner and students returned to Talkeetna today with smiling faces. The team got right to work unloading the truck, sorting gear, hanging tents. The team was happy to have fresh watermelon after their time in the Alaska Range. Several of the students commented on the warm weather and great amount of learning they had during their course on the Kahiltna Glacier. Instructor Mike Gardner commented that he they saw fox tracks, a fly and a mosquito on the glacier!
